We are impressed by how your team in Berlin does its work, which is excellent. Our guides even helped us to check-in the hotel when we first arrived, what I don't know if they are supposed to do and anyway many times they went beyond their duties, making sure we all have a great time and come to the hotel without problems. We all hope our comments will make a count!
